This buzzing cornerstone in the northwest suburbs is so much more than 45 holes of championship golf – it’s a smorgasbord of entertainment including everything from a round of golf with a classic pub-styled meal at the Oaks Bar and Grill, to a date-night out at the award-winning The Seasons Dinner Theater. If you have an event to host or are planning to attend one, Majestic Oaks lays out the red carpet for just about any occasion including customized weddings, big fundraising events, class reunions, family outings and corporate gatherings of any size or design. You name it, they can host it. Nobody understands hospitality like Majestic Oaks.

It all started with the golf and today golf is still at the center of operations. They offer two 18-hole championship golf courses. The Signature Course is the original 18 at this Ham Lake institution. Playing from the tips, here is a monster undertaking at a whopping 7,330 yards. With five sets of tee boxes, there is a sweet spot for everyone, so playing within your skill range is not an issue. The Crossroads Course winds through a mix of residential neighborhood and tree-lined fairways which compliments the Signature course perfectly. The Executive Nine is ideal for families.

Head Golf Professional Adam Erickson and his staff have fortified the entire golfing umbrella to include a first-rate driving range and short game area; a talented team of PGA teaching professionals for all levels of instruction; a well-stocked pro shop featuring premium-brand equipment, apparel, and accessories. Adam and the team will organize and guide you through a successful golf tournament event as well, leveraging the broad selection of amenities at their fingertips. The Arcis Playing Memberships come in a variety of configurations from casual to elite level. All priced to deliver customer satisfaction.

The Majestic Oaks clubhouse complex offers five distinct banquet room options. Starting with the most intimate, the Terrace Room is situated alongside the restaurant and seats up to 40 guests which makes it ideal for smaller events, meetings, dinners, luncheons, and family gatherings. The Cedar Room is larger with a dining capacity for 100 guests. This room offers a right-sized space for rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers, business meetings and large family reunions. It is decorated with a parquet dance floor, a lighted ceramic bar, a brick fireplace, and has outdoor access to a patio with great views of the pond, golf course and the wedding island. The next room size is the Fireside Ballroom accommodating up to 150 guests. This room has a distinct elegance with a double-sided stone fireplace, French doors, beautiful chandeliers, a full-service bar, and a large built-in dance floor. This ballroom also leads out to a large, scenic deck overlooking golf course greenery and a pond with fountains which expands your hosting space. The Majestic Ballroom has vaulted ceilings, with gorgeous views through the floor-to-ceiling windows which opens the spacious feel of this space to accommodate up to 225 guests for table serviced meals. A built-in dance floor with a full-service bar and an adjacent outdoors patio creates the perfect setting for cocktails or a quiet conversation. The Majestic and Fireside Ballrooms can be combined create the Grand Ballroom. This largest ballroom can host up to 400 guests with all the elegant features of both the Majestic and Fireside rooms. It is a great option for wedding receptions and can be customized to create a separate lounge area, space for cocktails or hors d’ oeuvres and extra room for dancing and socializing. There is enough room for indoor ceremonies next to the Fireside’s beautiful stone fireplace or in front of the picturesque windows of the Majestic. The best of both floorplans!

The wedding calendar at Majestic Oaks is typically very active. Offering two beautiful waterfront ceremony sites that are situated near the clubhouse with views of the scenic pond. One site is accented by red maples with plenty of space, this traditional gazebo site offers seating for up to 350 guests with white cushioned garden chairs. The Mediterranean-style pergola site is a picturesque setting shaded by a large weeping willow tree; it has seating for up to 250 guests on cushioned mahogany wood chairs. In addition to the beautiful sites the wedding hospitality team offers an on-site wedding coordinator, dressing rooms for the wedding party, customized menus with a choice of buffet or table service including vegetarian and gluten-free options. They can also hook you up with preferred vendors for photography, décor, and music entertainment.

In this corner of the Twin Cities, the Oaks Bar & Grill is well known. Lunching friends and league players can be seen on nice summer days enjoying the patio or seated in the relaxed indoor environment. The menu offers perfectly prepared burgers, crisp salads, and piled-high sandwiches. The dinner menu offers full entrees including specialty ribs, pastas, and seafood, all prepared fresh, daily on-site by the club’s executive chef and culinary team.

Majestic Oaks Golf Club provides much more amenities than just swinging golf clubs. The golf is great, it’s challenging, it’s fun, but so is the rest of it. As recreational venues go, you would be hard pressed to find a hospitality team with more helping hands and welcoming smiles. Majestic Oaks is always ready to serve your every need and that is special.
