This summer, Minnesota once again takes center stage in the world of golf. From June 25-28, 2026, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship returns to the heart of the Twin Cities at the legendary Hazeltine National Golf Club, bringing the world’s best women golfers, unforgettable competition, and major championship energy to Chaska.

One of the five majors in women’s professional golf, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship is more than a tournament – it’s a celebration of excellence, empowerment, and elite sport on one of the most iconic courses in America.

A Triumphant Return To Minnesota

The 2026 championship marks a highly anticipated return to Minnesota, following a memorable 2019 edition at Hazeltine that showcased world‑class golf and unforgettable moments. That year, Hannah Green claimed her first major championship with a commanding wire‑to‑wire performance, cementing Hazeltine’s reputation as a proving ground for champions.

Returning to Minnesota and Hazeltine was a no brainer for event organizers. Championship Director Laura Frick said, “This is a very unique market that shows up in ways not everybody does, especially for women’s sports. I have never seen so many women’s teams.”

Now, the championship returns bigger and bolder, ready to build on that legacy and deliver another week of major championship magic for fans across the Midwest and beyond.

A Can’t‑Miss Event For Fans

Whether you’re a devoted golf fan or attending your first major, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship offers something for everyone.

From premium viewing areas like Club PGA and fan‑friendly ticket options to community engagement and junior access programs, the championship is designed to be welcoming, exciting, and accessible for all ages.

Premium Seating Ticket Option Pairs Championship Golf With Local Flavors

The 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship unveils Club PGA experience featuring Minnesota’s culinary favorites that offer spectators a new way to experience world-class golf, while enjoying a taste of Minnesota and premium seating, through Club PGA. This special on-site experience is designed to introduce young players and families to all the opportunities available for junior golfers. Hands-on games and challenges along with instruction by LPGA and PGA Professionals are available. Along with the participation of the professionals, all four major junior golf organizations will have representatives there to help find the best experience for young golfers.

Active Duty, Retired, Reservist, Veterans and National Guard can all receive free grounds access along with a guest for each day of the championship, making it one of the most inclusive major championships in sports.

Perhaps the most intriguing promotional package is the 2029 Ryder Cup Promotion. Spectators who spend $1,500 or more on 2026 KPMG Women’ PGA Championship tickets get access to purchase two weeklong grounds tickets to the 2029 Ryder Cup.

“We want to shout that one to the rooftops!” said Frick.

Add in Minnesota summer weather, a stunning championship venue, and the electric atmosphere only a major can bring, and the result is a must‑attend sporting event.

The Countdown Is On

As June 2026 approaches, excitement continues to build for what promises to be one of the premier sporting events of the year. With historic fairways, a major championship field, and a mission that reaches far beyond the leaderboard, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club is set to deliver an unforgettable experience for players and fans alike.
