The Meadows at Mystic Lake Golf Course has the perfect topper to a ’21 golf season for the ages. They’ve devised an experience in which golf can be the main attraction, the perfect complement, or the final chorus to a golf season that played out like your favorite song.

We’ve just experienced a summer that delivered start-to-finish Minnesota weather that was sooo good the word “raincheck” was barely mentioned. The current Meadows fall invite will have you scratching your head and saying, “This is right in my backyard. Why did I wait so long?”

If you’ve yet to play The Meadows, you should know that the golf conditions are in a word, “extraordinary.” Why not top off your golf season with a round at a 7,100-yard course that is so Five-Star, you’ll feel like one of the high rollers at their blackjack tables.

Where Do I Start?

Let’s say you’ve never played, never stayed, or never stayed and played at Mystic Lake Casino. This is where golf at The Meadows gets interesting.

From the northern suburbs, The Meadows is a 45-minute drive. From within the heart of the Twin Cities it’s a 30-minute commute. For those in the southern suburbs, you can be teeing it up at The Meadows in just 15 minutes.

The season is winding down, so why not indulge a bit and reserve a Mystic Lake room for a night. You can book your room or suite prior to your round, after your round, or both. Just so you have no regrets, book a King or Queen room in the Promenade Tower. Why the Promenade? Your view looks out on The Meadows 18th green. Sweet!

Double Down On Your Playing Partner

Maybe your significant other isn’t much of a golfer. How can you turn your evening at Mystic and 18 holes at The Meadows into a win-win?

Mystic is known for their exceptional spa packages. A massage, facial, body care, or waxing package can be custom tailored to suit your needs.

Imagine returning from your round and your significant other is absolutely glowing. Isn’t a Meadows at Mystic Lake last call for fall making more and more sense?

Let Us Entertain You

Maybe your idea of doubling down on the 2021 golf season translates to adding a standing ovation kind of entertainment experience. If that’s the case, then you’ll be thrilled with Mystic Lake’s fall entertainment headliners.

Mid-September saw the Jonas Brothers showcasing the last outdoor concert of 2021. On a 75-degree evening, a sold-out crowd of 7,000 was on hand at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. How many golf courses offer top box office entertainers just a nine iron from their driving range?

As our fall golf season ticks down, pick and choose from Mystic’s stellar lineup of musicians, comedians, and psychic mediums. Book your reservation now for Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, Comedian Bill Burr, Old Dominium, Straight No Chaser, REO Speedwagon, or Tyler Henry.

It’s Fine To Dine

Perhaps the best way to complement your Meadows at Mystic Lake golf experience is by savoring a fine meal after your round. Did you know that Mystic Lake is home to 10 bars and restaurants?

Steaks, seafood, and fusion fare are all on the menu at Mystic Lake. There’s even a dessert emporium named Sweet Temptations for those with a sweet tooth.

After an exhilarating day of golf, a great way to top off your day is with a craft beer or specialty cocktail at The Drinx or Promenade Bar. Sit back, unwind, and raise a toast to one of the best golf seasons ever. All the better if you’re staying overnight at Mystic.

The Main Event – A Golf Course Like No Other

When Garrett Gill and Paul Miller combined forces to redesign The Meadows at Mystic Lake back in 2005, they were provided with an amazing 97-acre setting to design their masterpiece.

Water plays a significant part in 13 of 18 Meadows golf holes. When we’re talking water, we mean a 2,500-foot stream, five waterfalls, and 20 fountains strategically placed throughout the course.

Miller said it best when describing his involvement in The Meadows design, “The Meadows at Mystic Lake is the most exciting project that I’ve been involved in. We had an opportunity to enhance the natural features of the landscape to create a dramatic golf experience that is second to none.”

Golf Utopia in Prior Lake

Hop into one of The Meadows snazzy green Club Car golf carts and head over the bridge to the first tee. For golfers who like a little side action, the video screen on your Club Car carries all the day’s sports odds on your favorite teams.

Step up to the tee box and realize that each hole has a name that captures the flavor of the upcoming Par 3, Par 4, or Par 5. Let your mind ponder the trickle of the “creek,” savor the nectar of a “plum,” or step back in history like a “buffalo.” What also sets The Meadows apart are the impressive monuments you’ll witness throughout the course. Wildlife is cherished in the Mystic culture, and you’ll find bear, deer, and eagles represented on this immaculate golf property.

Most of all, you’ll thrill to the impressive condition of The Meadows tee boxes, fairways, sand traps, and greens. Superintendent Pete Nolan has been on hand since the course opened in 2005. Nolan’s pride in ownership is immediately evident once you tee it up on to this award-winning property. Picturesque, manicured, and world-class are all fitting adjectives describing your Meadows golf experience. You’re here, let the games begin!
